Scheduling

All appointments must be scheduled, please contact me via phone call 903-805-0531 or email melodye@faithfoodandfreedom.com, or click the link at the bottom of the page to set up the initial session.

Once an appointment time has been set, you will create an account in my HIPAA compliant management system. This will allow you to complete consent documents, assessments, and an in-depth questionnaire that I’ll review before our intake appointment. You will also be asked to store a credit card and have access to billing documents and request scheduling for future appointments using this account.

Intake Assessment

$180/ 90 min session

After you have made the first phone call, we will meet for a 90 minute intake session. This session will give us plenty of time to begin getting acquainted with each other, review your history, determine your goals for therapy, and review our working relationship.

Counseling Sessions

$120/ 50 minute session
Typical counseling sessions last 50 minutes in length, on a weekly or biweekly basis. I recommend weekly appointments to start as it helps build the therapeutic relationship.

$180 / 90 min session
Some people choose to continue scheduling 90 minute sessions instead of 50 minute sessions. I recommend 90 minute sessions for family and couple’s work.

Cancellations

If you cannot make your scheduled appointment for any reason, please contact me with 24 hour notice so I do not have to charge you the session fee. You may contact me via a phone call, email, or text message. Thank you!

While I do not accept insurance plans, I will provide a billing statement for you to file with your insurance company. Depending on your insurance plan, a percentage is often covered by insurance for out of network providers, such as myself.

Payment types accepted are cash, check, and credit/debit card.
