    It’s pretty fitting that I sat to down to write for NEDA’s Eating Disorder Awareness Week and a fellow eating disorder therapist friend sent me a video of someone eating an apple and drinking water….     A Light In The Darkness

    As the church, we are called to be the light of the world. You can’t have light without darkness. And darkness is all around us. But sometimes we try to insulate ourselves from the darkness instead of being a light in the darkness. It’s hard to get into the darkness with others.
